I have been on this project from day one and have never seen anything like it. I believe things are going to get better, but also think there are still more changes in the future, Verizon is aware of the problems and is working on ways to increase production. Before you mobilize to Tampa I think as Steve mentioned it is best to be patient. There is a new set of rules in the works for the future and you will probably want to compare primes to see which will support your operations best. This game down here is not going to be as simple as dig a trench and chunk the cable in it. Best of luck and may your decisions be wise.
