"NOT IN GOOD STANDING"
Secretary of State TERM meaning:
1) They have Not Filed their Annual Report with the State
by the deadline or Filed it correctly to a certain manner ?
2) The Company has not Paid its Annual Renewal FEES to
the division of Corporations, usually done at the time of
the report.
3) They may be waiting for somethink needed to make these
Filings from their Accountant, Lawyer, or Licensing Division etc
4) Registered Agent Change or Lack their of
5) ie. they are Not in Compliance with the Corporation
Division of the State of IL for some reason or another
or other associated related agencies such as the
State Department of Revenue/Insurance matters/Licensing
ETC ETC ---- You really don't know what the reason --
something very simple/deadline lapse/ computer error
mail delay/ office mistake/ error by somebody on a document
or whether their is a legitimate Hold on their certificate of
Authority for some reason or a complaint not resolved yet.
You Just don't Know why ???
