I did some research and learned that if you work over 40 hours and don't get paid a time and a half for this, it is illegal. Contact
your state government and they will look into this matter anonymously.
Mastec had our group in NC sign a form that if we work over 40 hours a week then we will face disciplinary action up to and including termination.
