I would give a notice that after 30 days, unless you are registered member you would be no longer able to advertise in Discussion issues . I would make all posts including employment free to members. With exception to sales advertising. The bar would always be open to be viewed by anyone, but you would have to be a member to participate in discussions. I would allow guests to only partipate in job listings. I would set up an account for people to freely search for work. But i would also allow my members to freely advertise work. I would have a small charge for selling or conveying of items. Just a thought from an old lineman that has been around here for a long time.
