I once worked for a minigolf place, and we had a fish tape that had 2 metal disks on it that we used to clean out the ball returns. haven't seen one since, but one like that might work in conduit.
is thw conduit a complete run? no branches in it, if so, then you could go to your local craft store and get some styrofoam balls and trim them down and tie a string to them and the put a shop vac at the other end and seal it up. I heard that works ok.
