Tower Question

Gentlemen, I have a friend that has a piece of land that is a prime site for a tower and he asked me how to approach say, Verizon, Nextel and so on, so I figured I'd throw it on here, the land is in the state of Maine, (there are towers popping up everywhere) and I just wanted to ask if anyone had a contacts concerning this issue, some thing I could pass a long to him to get him pointed in the right direction, a site, phone #, contractor and so on. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
