I'm Pittsburgh born and bread and i'll stand up for a union any day of the week, if you want to sit here and tell me that just because someone decides to start a company he can treat his workers any way he chooses and the only alternative is to quit if ya don't like it you haven't been around the block in this business too awful long. How would you like to work for someone who changes the prices on you when the job has already started and you drove 1,000 miles to get there? Or better yet you don't get paid at all! I got out of this business because of the cut throats that have drug this industry to where it is now, but i'll tell you right now i am damn pissed about being forced out of a profession that i dedicated myself to for over twenty four years because as you say " it's his company and if ya don't like it you can quit"
