Supply and demand has always been the value to equate price values, Illegal aliens drive prices down For hand trench work, as they are willing to work very hard for less money then legal workers are.
It seems almost impossible to find young hard working citizens to dig trenches all day for what the contractors price per foot allows for payroll.
End all the Illegal companies from undercutting the legal firms
And in due time the project will shut down or they will raise the price.
