In my opinion, fiberglass works best for conduit for me, especially if there are existing wires in it. For ceiling fiches, you would need a really good one. Your probably better off with glow rods, though, depending on the ceiling. Ideal and lsd both advertise fiberglass fiche tapes that supposedly have 100% memory to straight, however, I haven't tested them as of yet. You can get either one from sunset, that's where I buy everything that I can not get locally.
