What's going on in Maryland?

I'm moving back - probably to Baltimore county area. Who has splicing contracts in MD? I heard Comcast now owns the system in the City. Who are their install contractors? The office twinkies have been jerking me around on the phone. I never had that problem with TCI - you could just call dispatch and if the contractor you asked to be put through to was gone, they'd tell you what was up. Thanks in advance.
