I think we need to check out people much more thouroghly then we have been. I recently heard of a couple of install techs who we arrested for raping and brutallizing women in their homes under the cover of completing an install for the MSO. That is very scary to me. The MSO would be looking at some responsibillty, and so would the contractor they hired. Who wants something like that on their shoulders. Not me! People like that dont deserve any rights....civil or otherwise, especially when there are a lot of good people who need jobs!
