if you get with the local news have them do a story on your company getting ready to gear up with latest technology and your own task force of cable cops deturmined to get illegals fined or imprissoned and the only way to not face punishment is to turn yourself in including boxes altered or orderd black boxes you will be suprised with an amnesty how many people will come forward then go about your audit
