I never even sign a contract stating there would be a retainer then noticed my invoices were 10% short, questioned them about it, then they explained the 10%. Once i stopped working for them they pulled more money out of the invoices and simply said "charge backs", No proof at all now its been 3 months and still have not seen the retainer that i never agreed to in the first place.
