Has Anyone Noticed...

Has anyone noticed in the last few days that there seems to be something going on with the HSP's and the Isp's ? Has anyone heard of a new standard price index to be happening soon ? Thare is a clean up coming to the Industry as a whole. There will be one Standard for all. I hear ALL will have to abide by it in the DTV Field. I do not believe Dish Net will be affected but who knows. Everyone will have to be SBCA Certified to work DTV and if your work is not up to par they can and will pull your certification. All comments on this will be appreciated. Have a Good day.....
