I Think I know which Procom you are referring to. Ask if the owner is Russ. If so, you are in good shape. Really fair company. Russ has going on 30 years of experience. He approaches all his business dealings with great care and extreme strategy making sure that any project will be beneficial for all involved. In an industry filled with B.S. contracting companies Procom remains a fair player, with on time pay. Wish you the best on the west coast.
