Re: AC voltage on in-house lines

Yeah, i read that which is what made me think of it. I understand how to troubleshoot where the voltage is comming from and why its there. What i didn't understand is why the house with 28volts (comming from tv) was having so many problems but the other that i saw with 70volts (comming from surge protector in another room) was not having any problems. Any ideas?
