Here is my take on current gas prices.
I drive 100 miles a day to make $150. My truck gets 13 MPG and the difference between when gas as at $1.40 per gallon and now at $2.10 per gallon cost me an additional $5.38 per day. Not enough to make me seek a new career, I just quit smoking and I am ahead by $1.00 per day. Check the numbers I figure I am good to go for up to $2.80 a gallon (an increase of an additional $5.38 per day) before I start to freakout or maybe I will pack my lunch and save another $1.00 per day.
The glass isn't half empty......
