John
Hold your head high!
I know the bottom line is always $ with most people, but some of us still care about the people we work with & their welfare.
If you can get up every morning & look in the mirror & know that you did your best for yourself & your coworkers yesterday, & you plan on doing the same thing today, you belong in this industry.
I havent been in the business as long as you but I have seen lots of changes, most of them bad. Prices continue to go down, non-pays on work performed & people looking to make money off of our efforts for doing little or no work.
When you combine this with the corporate structure you describe, the posts I read on this site & my own experiences, the future looks bad.
Most of us dont have the nerve/balls (myself included) to put our real name on our posts. It would effect our current contracts, & our future prospects,
Your integrity is appreciated, its good to hear someone tell it like it is without fear of the consequences.
