I worked for Scripps Howard in Sac back in 83-84 and was the installation / converter issue / dispatch manager and Cable Data just emerged then. Had to go to school for it it was used to set up Installs on a points system print them out schedule appoints etc, I was by no means a computer guru but I picked up on it quickly and had no problems with it
