You can blame who ever the F--- you want.... I'm tellin you that Blaming it all on Bush just shows your ignorance to how the government works. Start at the local level and piss and moan you'll get more satisfaction and maybe even escalate it to where something might happen.
Even at the top your hands are still tied. Or did you want him to dip into the national reserve like Clithead did. Look what that did for us, jus pissed off the oil co.'s and now we are getting it even harder.
