The rules are clearly posted. If a message is name-calling or combative then it will be removed. If it's full of foul language it will get edited or removed. If it's saying "don't work for these people they won't pay you" instead of "I worked for these people they didn't pay me" it will be removed. If it's a "who wants to hire me?" message it will be removed. It's always the same. If someone continuously ignores the rules and becomes a problem then they get removed. Then they sign up for another HotMail account, different ISP and we start all over again.
