You hit the nail on the head Bigdaddy (grunt pay).. Pay should be about $16 to $22. You need a guy that can run a directional boreing unit, and know how to repair it and play with the electronics. Repair a ditch witch ar Case when they blow a line in someones front yard. Mig weild simple stuff that breaks everyday. oh also make sure trailer breaks are working on the trailers and functional lights witch is an ongoing battle.....did I mention know how to terminate CATV drops and phone lines. you'll be running risors also so dont leave your hooks at home... Check for blown ports befor boreing and burying....these techs now a days assume way to much.......So you were offered a position with who...?
