Re: What and Where did this industry go wrong

Technology is what killed the industry, crazy as it may sound. The cost of all this new technology is coming out of our pockets to help maintain profit margins. It just keeps getting worse and worse every year and I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I think in another 5 years a cable tech will earn just over minimum wage. People will leave the industry to work at WalMart.
