You may be mistaking the Bar as a government entity.
Try thinking of it this way; Picture your favorite little refuge, all the right ....beers, cold glasses, a great group of regulars, and passer throughs, and say (picture this) they all work in your trade.
Now imagine your little refuge has the greatist little set of trade specific bullitin boards filled with information that can not be found else where. Lets just pretend It is one of a kind............
... Now (are you with me so far) try to imagine this.....
YOU yes YOU are.....get this...the O-W-N-E-R that is ...it is your little Bar! Man! I tell ya if it were mine I would want to deck it out, but I would keep it down to earth, you know the kind of place where your dog is welcomed to come in and lay on the floor amongst the peanut shells. Yup, dogs welcome but no whinnning BITCHES. OH and no Donkeys, I just know if you showed up at my little Bar I would be BOOTING your ASS out my little door.
