Get your real estate license....cost you less than $1,000 for class, license fees and so forth....one listing or sale makes that back! Got mine several years back....sold 4.25 million the first full year...5.7 the second....and 3.something the third.... But by the third...and now in my fourth....was buying, selling, and rehabbing some of my own stuff too. Managing the rehab of a 100 + year old dwelling is really not a whole lot different than a cable project and it is very rewarding and fun....plus...when the project is over and sold...you only have to move several blocks away...instead of several states!!! Good luck to all in 2005!!!
