I used to work for LDW which is now VITEL out of California.
I have tried now for almost 2 months i called the local office and they have a new girl there i gave her my address and she said she would send it. never got it called back she forgot about our 1st call so she it faxes over a copy.but i need the orginals..So now im trying to get a copy of the orginals anybody know the corparte phone# for VITEL?
