Thats why most of the HSP's fail. they drive and drive and drive thinkin there apeaseing DTV and there only getting us to dig there grave seen it happen sooo many times.
They dash to pull the work load like work order vacumes!
constantly callin techs to pick up jobs after 5 stressing no reschedules , only to hear DTV say those fatal words.
You have x amount of months to hire some exagerated amount of techs or we are pulling your contract.
then,,,,, POOF one HSP gone and the dash is on for another.
(translation: pushin techs=10x the service calls and lame work.)
Seen it happen 3 times now in two years. So a warning to All HSP's .... it aint workin rethink who actually makes you all that cash and completes all those work orders,,,,,, the TECHS!!!!
