The spec cannot be met. 15 min peak between 7-10 pm . All they
give you to work with is a WHP 5-13 filter and then fail you on the
low end because it is not 20 down..the HSI subs cannot be filtered and when you turn the address in for mitigation no one will fix it . It is difficult to get 18-40mHz 40 down for 1 min during the day when you have 900 pasings, but 15 min @ 7:00 at nite....
