satnstaller is correct. They do pay as long as the work is done to their specs. Every pic that they ask for has to be taken and every piece of paper that they want turned in with every job better be there. If you are missing ANYTHING at all they will not pay for the job. As long as you have what they ask for they will pay you. Miss one small thing and it's no pay for that job. They do run a tight ship.
