I have recently looked into it more serious than before and the information i have discovered identify a Fiber NIT/NID similiar to the existing copper plant. This brings alot to light (no pun intended). A fiber modem requires AC and this PON doesn't show any power being supplied to the demark. The access terminals being used don't indicate any provisions for a modem. I'm just curious about how it's currently being done in Tampa, or any other FTTH that is online and providing services.
