Oh yeah I know him by Charlie. He does not owe me much but he took me for a ride.... I bought a sweep meter from the guy in late 03' and he wanted the check up front. When it cleared for 2500 it was to be shipped. But guess what it never showed up. He says it was lost but he could never produce a valid tracker number. He tried to say he was refunding my money, I've seen two checks from him for $500 each. No more contact and his numbers are shut off. I even have a letter from the Attorney General of the state of Illinois (I filed a complaint) via Charlie saying he still owe's me $1500 I think I will see if Diamond Utility Construction still exists and go after his bond. The guy thinks I'm a bank of some sort. Nice scam huh.
