That''s why i'm painting houses right now instead of installing, I'm sick of taking pay cuts after 20+ years installing. My fantasy now in life is to see EVERY SINGLE INSTALLER pick 3 days and sit on there asses and watch these guys try and figure out what they are going to do without installers but until we realize we are the ones who keep on takin it up the ying yang there's not going to be a living in this line of work for much longer. I've given up on my other fantasy, that's the one where the mso"s say to themselves.... Hey these guys are doin one heckava job for us let's see if we can find a way to get them some more money and maybe even some bennies, that way maybe the veteran installers will stick around and we won't have to keep searchin for any one willing to work for just a little less.
