If you bought an OTDR from Nettest and have the software they will also find the nearest rep to you and will work on the trace software for you. There are some supply houses that have access to someone that can also show like Accutech or Annixter. If you need software put up a post and I'm sure someone would send you the updated software and talk you thru it.
