The thought of emotional damage was just kind of a joke. I know all I'm going to get is my money. In Massachusets the best you can hope for is a 93a judgement, which is double or tripple damages, plus interest and legal fees.
First I want them to admitt they lied. Then I want my ****ing money. Then I could care less.
I'm just looking to scrape this working relationship off from my boots and get going on something else. I just know I'm not the only one on this board to go through this, so its a good place to get my guns lined up.
