TEKTRONIX SYSTEM, So what your saying is that a .04 is bad and a -.04 is not so bad and i should resplice all that are .04 or better. also i have some that are -.1's and -.2's what is your thought on those. Im spliceing with a Fitel single fiber splicer with about 2000 splices on dieods
