If a company backcharges you for a customer not fulfilling the 1 year agreement then you should look for work elsewhere. I don't see how anyone should make an installer liable for the actions of the customer. This tells me that that company you work for is so strapped for money that they can't even handle the back charges that DTV puts on them and they are just passing them down. This is NO WAY to run a business. But heck if they can get away with it and there are installers that will do the work under those conditions then they will do it. To me this would be a BIG RED FLAG to stay away from this company. Those are charges that the company should eat...not the installer. The company I work for eats all the back charges. They know that those are in no way my fault. I say RUN...RUN VERY FAR AWAY LOL
