This particular job you have I would run from. There has to be something else to do rather than worry about getting back charged for something thats not in your control. Get out while you still have materials and funds to get to someplace else. Thats what I personally would do with out a doubt in my mind. I bet others would run just as fast also....Good Luck to you...
