Re: 1099's

Do you know if by chance if they can file for an extension to get this done. Or do you think that possible he figures not do do the 1099 thing. If this was the case what do you think the odds are if I do not claim it on my taxes that big guy will come to Haunt me. I imagine I will just make an estimate of it to a degree and hope that its close. I have all paperwork involved so that will make it easier anyway. Can he be fined for not doing it ( sending the 1099's ) ? Thanks again.......
