Was this information made available to yopu when you signed on? I have never heard of that. I did hear that they will backcharge you if they have to make a service call at your install within 90 days though but not if they cancle the service. If it is a DTV sale the answer is no, but if it is an inhouse sale then it is up to them, but either way I would have it spellled out to you and if that is the case then I would start looking for another install job and then go and tell them to take a flying !#%^@
