yep ...this is a buisness,if he was doin it for free,thats another story.but when theres money involved,ya gotta be ontop of things,l**** i had my brother doin pole trans for me,i checked on him, and he didnt do a couple,brought it to him and he had no problem with me tellin him to go back out and doit...he said owwman ya caught that,ya gotta learn how to separate the two,ya dont have to be a prick,but ya cant be such a pushover,...on another note dont kick yerself in the ass for trustin yer employee/freind.,wish i had that trait.i dont trust myself anymore not when it comes to money and hard times...lata bro
