ya, every enclosure will leak if its not done right ...fortunately there are instructions in every box.(funny how many people dont read those)
yes the pigtails are being spliced in and by splitting the ribbon I mean for example: terminal 1 being a 12 port will be fed with fibers 11-23 next one 24-35 and so on...it is not like this at every location but when it does happen it is a pain in the a$$.
