It is the next rung on the high bandwidth ladder. I see it being a common thing throughout the nation and even in rural areas. There are several manufacturers of FTTH equipment, so any specific training on a particular vendors products may not be the best use of your time. Definately brush up on this concept and any lessons learned from people who have worked Tampa. Verizon will not be the only provider, and this is where the rest of us shall get involved.
