Words to live by......sounds kinda crappy, who wants to think about kissing a**, (its a figure of speech), and its very hard to do sometimes, but it really does work. just to use a little tact!!!

The best advice my dad ever gave me was this: Keep your nose clean and never speak badly of anyone you do business with in public, even if they deserve it. Try to settle things directly with the person you are having trouble with before you say or do anything else. Always remember,"The toes you step on today, maybe connectyed to the a** you have to kiss tomarrow.
