I have been doing qc for charter for 4 years all they care about is the report you turn in. no matter what happends it is always the contractors falt.they dont care about how hard a job is or how long it took or if you worked 7 days a week 13 hours a day. I say you pay a childs pay expect childs work.installers pride is out the door them days ore over,unless your crazzy
