Whalt jwtliz said used to be true. Charter would take forever to pay a bill, but now with the new corporate governance rules they pay much more timely. The big issue for Charter is liquidity. From what I have read, they have restructured the debt to have enough money to operate through 2005 and possibly through 2007. So right now we don't feel that payment is an issue.
