digital10, you have just shopwed the professionalism that this inustry is severely lacking, you saw someone with a problem and rather than attack that person, you aksed him to call and give his reason for his problem and offered a solution. when he did call you came back on the bar and cleared his named as well as making yours look that much better. my hat's off to you.
