I have met and spoke with Andy, he seems to be good people, although he has a couple of idiots that work under him, and it really makes him look bad. They really need to get away from the buddy system, people take advantage of that, and then you have the ongoing problems in the management that Mastec still has. Andy puts to much trust in the management below him, and doesn`t actually look into the ongoing problems, especially when it has been brought to his attention, with PROOF in hand. It doesn`t really stop there, the same goes for certain management positions below (just below) Andy, they don`t research and follow up on the ongoing problems with the management, with PROOF in hand either.
