You got guts to post these photos on here and be open to critisizim. Hats off to you. As willcable said your your ground should come out the bottom. You also shouldnt secure your lines to the power conduit they should be secured to the building or in conduit like that telco box. Thats the differance between your install and telco. Looks a whole lot better that the last pic.
