Sure enough that is a real "busy" mess. We don't even mount the 3-4 switch on the house at all. Just because those two tabs with screw holes are on the switch, techs think that's the way to mount it. If you do mount it on the building or under the eave you need much longer leads from the triple LNB to the switch. We mount the switch to the mast that holds the dish. Then the install would have had only the two dual coax's coming down from the roof, and preferably cable tied behind the rain-gutter down pipe. The ground blocks are then done inside the homes basement. With this scenario there aren't ANY holes in the cust.'s siding at all. Most home owners would flip seeing all those holes in the siding.
