I suppose you would make him replace the roof where he put the satellite dish that you wanted too huh? For all you know he explained to the customer what all he was going to do and the customer ok'd it. That's what I have always done. You cant cram all the stuff into a box unless you have a really big box which I'm sure you wouldn't want on the side of your house.
